Just downloaded Firefox 0.9, which sports a new theme and extensions management.  Get it from your local mirror.

Via Mozilla Update I found a cool extension for Firefox, called Web Developer.  It adds a number of features to Firefox, some of which I found to be very useful:

• Edit CSS - live editing of CSS for a page
• View CSS - Displays the stylesheets
• Find broken images
• Outline elements (add a border to a given type of element)
• View response headers
• Clear HTTP authentication (why doesn't every browser have this feature?)
• Validate CSS/HTML/Links/WAI Accessibility

Pretty sweet.

The Firefox articles have been brushed up and updated with some extra info.  Get it while it's hot. :)

It's filled with great screenshots and describes much of what you need to know to get the most out of Firefox.

I've found a new cool Firefox extension, called OpenDownload:

it enables files to be opened directly in your favourite application,
without prompting to confirm/select the application first.

I didn't know that Firefox could find & install the flash plugin automatically when it was required from a page if it wasn't already installed. That's pretty cool. And user friendly.
