<p>A lot of people are having problems with email these days, spam, viruses, software that doesn't work. Dave is having a <a href="http://blogologue.com/blog_entry?id=21#When:3:16:07AM">problem now</a>. How about giving <a href="http://www.mozilla.org/projects/thunderbird/">Thunderbird</a> a spin? Before I stumbled over the Thunderbird extensions link on <br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href="https://addons.mozilla.org/" >https://addons.mozilla.org/</a><br /><br />which was<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href="https://addons.mozilla.org/?application=thunderbird" >https://addons.mozilla.org/?application=thunderbird</a><br /><br />there are hundreds of different extensions for Thunderbird, many of which add some feature that I find useful, but the coolest one was Quitomzilla<br /><br /><a href="https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?application=thunderbird&amp;category=Popular&amp;numpg=10&amp;id=444" >https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?applicati...</a>  <br /><br />an extension that shows you how many cigarettes you've avoided and how much money you've saved after quitting with smoking.<br /><br />I used to smoke, guess I quit somewhere around 2002 so I've saved just over 10000 dollars not smoking.  Lately I've had a minor urge to start smoking again for some reason, so stumbling over this extension was a good thing.  Not smoking 30000 cigarettes over the last years has certainly improved my health, now I'm spending that money on bikes, the gym and other useful stuff, and have money to spare.<br /><br />(It works in Firefox and Mozilla as well.)</div></content>
