Hi!

On account of discussions with Bufetat (The Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs), I have sent a registered letter regarding the execution of a contact meeting / dialog meeting I advance of the next visit to see the kids.

This must happen here. I will meet you at 09:00 on the account of my role as contact person for the visit supervision. Otherwise, the time to see the kids can go as planned immediately after the execution of our meeting. In case you haven't gotten the letter, necessary information will be given at the meeting.

You ask for the possibility of using a TV. There is a TV on the waiting room. The practical matter can be arranged with the visit supervisor.

This is too a short notice. And I don't want a meeting [straight] in advance of time with the kids.

I have more than enough to think about with regard to seeing the kids.

I refer to a recent telephone conversation [with you] where I suggest meeting via the phone, or outside [calendar-wise] of periods I see the kids.

On the other hand, I don't want to mess with cables etc. and break something.

Then it is better that someone who knows how the TV is setup, makes an HDMI cable available, or inserts a new one, and leaves some instructions.
